mon and sunday off.

tues. wed 10-4 train and see my family then back at 7-11:30 ish, maybe 1am

Thurs is nightshift 7-7

fri 7pm -2am

sat 12- can be arsed.

Following week 3 nightshifts Mon 11-7 -tues-wed 7-7

thurs 10-4 then 7-10

fri 7pm- 2am

Sat 12- arsed.

This is ideal for me as I see my son and can easily survive on little sleep. Also allows my good lady to work part time and get a deserved break from my bairn.

Westgate sunshine those hours are absolutely ridiculous and when your inevitably in an accident and probably kill some one you wont see your bairn for 7 years,

ADVICE REMOVE THIS POST "survive on little sleep" Jasus your a professional driver theres strict regulations regarding COMPULSORY REST PERIODS SUGGEST YOU READ THEM BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEONE !!

WORKING TIME REGULATIONS ! Your LA if they were aware of these hours and the fact that you published them SHOULD consider you "not fit and proper"

Heed the advice

count the hours.

I have slept for 4 hours a day for the past 15 years.

My shift pattern shows up in the post above.

My beaks are taken during my time at graft. Just because I chose to be at work 7-7 it does not mean I dont have breaks.

Unless of course. The company I hire the datahead off is the fortunate single ph office that is busy all through the night.

I thought you were a clever bloke.

Cmon. Have a think about it.

Mon-Friday (term time) 7.15 till 9.15 then 2.30 till 4.15 (10am till 1pm in the gym) we stay where the school is, saves me 200 miles a week and a few hours driving

saturday 9am-pm proper work

Don't take any notice of him mate, he's a waste of rations, and talks out of his bullet hole, just block him so you can't see his drivel.

There's a good youtube video out there showing him getting owned by the owner of Addison Lee London's biggest minicab company, he'd been bumping his gums about Addison Lee, when confronted in a pub by the owner he did a runner

too many bleeding hours.

its a blight of our trade in certain parts of the country. Always makes me wonder when you listen to fellow drivers bragging about having done a 20 hour shift or more. I certainly wouldn't like to be getting In a car with them near the end of that. I have to admit to having done some long days and nights to get home after a long job but i'm more than happy to park up in a services and grab an hours kip then carry on.

all it will take though is a well publicized case of a driver killing someone after working a silly shift and the whole trade will be hammered with some sort of restriction/recording of hours.

I heard one this morning regarding a Derby driver picking up a customer at heathrow. They hadn't got far up the M25 when the car hit the central barrier because the driver has dosed off.
