Good way to lose drivers.

What a good firm owner would do is ask why drivers are refusing jobs and address that issue.

A refusal of a guide or specialist disability dog, or wheelchair could mean you would be looking for different employment.
If a wheelchair is hard to fit in the boot , it must be time to update the fiesta, or prius

I would've been sacked last night then, I must have rejected 10 jobs because I wasn't in the area. The base op we had on last night was fuckin awful.

Comes back to who works for who, as i see it the base works for me as my agent, friday 3 times i had a rank job get in and before i could PDA "flag down" it went off with a job, which i declined, though i should have accepted it to see if it fitted in THEN binned it if it didnt fit in

He tried to drag me 5 miles across to another district to a job that was 30 minutes picking up on. Would they have been there? Nah would they hell as like.

How about applying a similar principal to base ops ie. If they cock up three times in a shift they get sent home without pay,
Then again we would probably be nobody left in the office as there all half deaf semi illiterate muppets.

thats a excellent idea mate, thing is we have set fares to the town center ,airport, so when the meter hits the price we knock it off, you could be in one zone, dropping off in another so you have to refuse it, wouldnt have a problem at all if the requested to speak & asked why you refused the job " well hes spewing up over a hedge"
