Hi everyone,

I work for a taxi company, im a system Admin.

We've been using the aurgia system for years now. but recently noticed drivers are avoiding work by means unknown. does anyone know how this is done? so we can somehow avoid this from happening, are using some sort of codes or system tricks like plotting into another zone?

Hi

1. If they have meters fitted they might have installed a switch on the 12v meter sensor so that they can fool the unit into thinking car has a passenger in.

2. They plot into other zones away from the work i.e. zone 00 if possible.

Would need more info off of you with regards why you think they are not playing the game etc.

regards
