An email has be sent to me from the Head of Regulatory services at our Council saying that the fee increase agreed at the last Council Committee meeting is going back to the Committee for re consideration on September 2nd at 18.30.

What has someone at the council been reading up on licensing law, or even worse reading up of TDO? :-$
