I dropped at 09.40am

I got a job, collect 5 miles down the road at.......09.40am

got held up in roadworks, had 4 messages via the PDA, got to the pickup at 09.55am, she had to be in work at 10am, she had 1st rung for a car at 09.15am, dropped her off at work at 10.15am, she said she wasnt going to pay so im £5 down and not my fault...and i dont blame her

my base of course offered to make it up..............not

Deciding if the customer should pay or not should be the decision of the driver or the base. If the customer refuses payment they comit an offense.

Totally agree, I was the least at blame, customer rang 1st at 09.15hrs, i didnt drop till 09.40hrs and was 15 minutes away due to roadworks, she shouldnt have been lied to, luckily (this time) the pickup was barely 200 yds off my return route to town anyway.

You need to press the 'stick that job up your arse' button a bit more.

"Sorry, your the nearest car"
