We have 4 seater hacks in town and also 7/8 seater E7's..

However there is no "official" T2 for +4 passengers just a fixed 20p per body over 2, HOWEVER the table of fares used by our firm INSTEAD of the meter (cough) has a T1 and T2, the latter is applied after midnight or for bus jobs...

cant understand why there are any +4 passenger hacks TBH

is you LA/LO this lax?

Usual scenario:

A hack must comply with the LA tariff. A PHV must comply with the scale of charges submitted to the LA.

If a hack on your 'firm' is charging in excess of the LA tariff, that is illegal under the T(PC)Act 1847.

id personally not hack plate +4 seaters, keep em PH
