Hello everybody,
ill be looking to buy my first taxi and considering either a skoda or a 7/8 seater for taxi,
i have been told by a local taxi driver that go for a car as 1st year insurance will be very expensive on 7/8 seater
any ideas how much difference am I looking for in insurance costs between these two
suppose if my auris / skoda cost me 3000 would it be more than 4000 for a bigger car
and most importantly is it worth it to go for bigger hackney style,
or should i consider the wheelchair one with optional 7 passenger like partner or something
any advice would be greatly appreciated unlike stevenhughes the delta driver

if you bought a tandem bike year 1 would make your eyes water....

do you NEED a WAV? if not why buy 1? 8 passengers only worth it if you can charge extra, not just to have the seats, some councils dont allow over T1/T2 (assuming your hack)

fares not regulated here and meter is only compulsory if you are driving hackney in city centre, and not hackney outside city centre
you do get extra when there is more than 3 or 4 passenger i think. what is WAV? i did ask couple of insurance companies this question but no body replied my email
roughly how much extra i should keep in mind?
