the son of one of my drivers has had 3 stints working at Amazon via an agency and a week before amazon were going to offer him a permanent position got made redundant 3 times !!!!!!! Took him a couple of years to see the light but got himself a job at a local hotel not through an agency and they have already given him a trainee managers position =D>

Its changed since i was with agencies, I was multidropping tyres for Dunlop/Goodyear out of the tyre fort/Salvesons in a 7.5tonner, the different agency drivers compared rates and anyone on lower than the best told the agency and got a rise, and if the warehouse computer was down we got sent home with a days pay, and we got overtime and I was on £8.50/hr for 8 hours a day about 10 years ago, now they seem such [edited by admin]
