Goofers 2 OLYPIAKOS 3 what on earth and chelski didn't do any better looks like the premier league is full of money grabbers who couldn't care less about winning trophies. The more money you pay the less successful you are As fun as it is to take the P out of Arsenal supporters I would like to see British clubs at least reach the last 8 and as those from the provincial league up North and out west have no chance that means the premier league The Manc duo are up against Bundesliga opposition tonight so they are both going to get slaughtered as well |

Quote: The more money you pay the less successful you are I do not think that is quite the issue as other European sides also pay a Kings ransom to their players. It is imo the old chestnut of the silky ball skills that comes naturally to all positions on the field to foreign sides, also the less frenetic style of football played by by them. Basically they let the ball do the work whilst our lot run around like blue ar$ed flies. Constant unhelpful stats do not always help, i.e so and so player covers 7/8/9 miles per match. That sends out the message that you are lazy if you are not doing the same. To me it is about making an impact, not necessarily running miles and miles so that by the end of the game you are so tired.........you end up conceding late goals. You could argue that Arsenal have those skills, unfortunately because they are not playing against the same type of skills every week, they lack that edge. |

If things carry on like this. Under UEFA's coefficients rule, if Italian clubs do well in this years competitions ( Champions league and Europa) and 'we' have another bad year, we may lose our 4th Champions league spot to Italy. |

Blackman ordered other servicemen to stop administering first aid to the insurgent[1] and eventually shot the man in the chest with a 9 mm pistol,[9][13] saying: "Shuffle off this mortal coil, you [edited by admin]. It's nothing you wouldn't do to us."[5][11][13][14] He then added: "I just broke the Geneva Convention."[3][15] yeah a real hero according to wikipedia and he knew he was guilty |
