How many ID numbers or certification records can a Bailiff have?

One showed up for a PCN 2 weeks ago. Clamped the wife's car and made her pay. Boiled my veins I tell ya :x

Today he showed up for another PCN. I just noticed something strange. He has a few (So Far have pics of 2) ID cards all with different ID: Numbers. So I went to http://certificatedbailiffs.justice.gov ... do?search= to check. It seams 1 of his Certs expires on 12/11/2015 and there is a hearing at Notts CC on 30/10/2015 I guess for to grant a new one. He's clamped the missus car again. This time she refused to pay. I'm waking up on it tomorrow.

Meanwhile, are both this ID's or certificates valid?

Only a court appointed bailiff, chasing up a court fine or order, can clamp a motor.

Should've told them that you had removed their implied rights of access to your property. That tells them to fuck off.

They did not clamp my car????? They could have clamped a neighbours for the same reason.

Hold on I'll post the contested pics. I was parked for 17 seconds. Dropping off a customer. SEVENTEEN SECONDS in front of a driveway according to their CCTV images that I've been sent.

Explain please? PCO are allowed to wait on yellow lines when dropping or picking customers for as long as its necessary to do so.

So how did it get to this stage?

I get a few, I always fight them (and usually succeed) but you have to adhere to the strict timescale laid out on the ticket, as in appealing it within 28 days, appealing any notice of rejection within 28 days and finally, if required, attending the parking adjudication office at the Angel when required.

Makda v The parking adjudicator made it clear that Taxis or PH cars setting down or picking up a passenger was quite rightly allowed.

That alone has won me the last 3 PCN's whilst waiting on account jobs.

Is parking in front of a driveway an offense? I don't think so.

Obstruction ?

It is not illegal. It may be obstruction if another vehicle is trying to get off the drive but it is not obstruction if a vehicle is trying to get on the drive. if no vehicle is trying to get off the drive or no vehicle is in the drive it can't be obstruction.
