Of course they are - except for the fact the drivers uber app was switched on at the time and according to many London Cab drivers there's a growing number of out of town vehicles apparently working in the capital.

This is going to happen across the Uk as PH firms instead of passing jobs across send vehicles into different areas to work where the licensing bods can't touch them of course
