I think it would depend on the type of camera mobile laser, Gatso mobile or fixed Truvelo etc etc as they use different technologies. The other issue is whether the fog would stop the number plate being visible. |

The Radar probably works, wouldn't be much use on Ships and Boats if not. As to whether the pictures are usable due to the fog is a bit "How long is a piece of string". In fog, I would hope that no driver would be speeding, so the answer to the enigma could be academic. They do look better with the Tyre highlighting where they are.
