do you keep any anti-bacterial hand gel or wipes in the car? ive no doubt the cash we are handed could carry all sorts of nasties

It has been recognised for a long time that "notes" have been the biggest germ carriers known.

i don't carry anything, but its surprising how dirty your hands get at the end of the day , also, take a "sniff" of your cash bag ;-)

always... I even wipe with antibacterial wipes all interior handles, arm rests and seat belt buckle clips coz I use my car as a family car too...

I carry the Anti bacterial gel same as they use in hospital's and use it a couple of times a day and before i eat something if i am eating in the cab.

I had a fare probably about 5/6 months ago got his money out and for some strange unknown reason put a pound coin in his mouth and started sucking it and then gave it to me! very odd thing to do. :doubt:
