I'm about to put a set of tyres on my tx1. I can get 4 kingpin remoulds for £140. Has anyone got any experience with these? |

Had no Experience of them but was told a while back that Kingpin and other remoulds were better than a lot of Budget new tyres, something to do with a softer compound being used in the process which makes them stick to the road better but last less well than a new tyre. |

I once had a hire car that had budget tyres on and it was ok in the dry but it used to slide when on a bend in the wet. I wouldn't touch them. |

I asked one of our tx drivers he said they're awful. Advised using colway remoulds if you can source them. |

Used to use Conway rebounds when I first had my own vehicle,didn't last 3 months before they were worn or goosed , it was total false economy if I pay double for new I get nearly a year rear and 9 months approx front. |
