has a pick up today from Luton using the "new" arrivals hall a real convoluted route from the short stay must be about 1000 yards picking your way through the "new" bus station
access to the new arrivals hall is very awkward down a corridor lined with people and trolleys then it took nearly an hour for my passengers to get through. Got them to the entrance hall and paid the machines (£10 for 1 hour and 30 seconds
) then steered them through the mass of people waiting to board coaches across to the car park and got them loaded arrived at the ticket barriers all full of cars unable to get their tickets to work eventually gets onto one put the ticket in the barrier says i am £4 underpaid !!!!!!! so had to pay another £4 to exit
Not a happy bunny they aren't giving you enough time to get your passengers to the car and exit !!!!!
