How common in your area is it for people to get in your cab reeking of cannabis ?

When I started 14 years ago I'd get 'certain' types maybe once a fortnight. Now I get people from all walks of life stinking of pot probably 15 times a week.

Used to like the pot smokers cos they were always chilled out and friendly (and usually gave a good tip), now a lot seem edgy and aggresive and don't really have a clue whats going on.

in 15 years the users have needed stronger varieties plus 15 years use has wrecked the users.....hence the different behaviours

People grow it in their own homes now. I hate the smell of it, no wonder more people are getting done for cannabis possession the smell is horrific.

Cannabis use can lead to the use and abuse of other stronger drugs such as heroin. People don't just decide to try heroin, the start on cannabis first and work their way up. In my opinion there should be a zero tolerance to all illegal drug supply and use.

Ah the old gateway argument. Whilst it's true that most herion users will have previously used cannibis that is not proof of cause and effect. After all the first drug they used will probably have been caffeine ...... Is coffee tge gateway drug?

Rubbish it's Government bull to protect the pharma Companies. How many prescribed drugs in the UK contain Heroin, Cannabis and Methamphetamine? There's loads, the reason why they're illegal is the Government make them illegal because they can't patent a plant meaning the Pharma companies won't be able to line to Governments pockets.

Take Amsterdam, cannabis is legal over there, there's no trouble, no fighting, no robbing everyone is having a good time.

I know loads of people who have been on cannabis for years, they hold down well paid jobs.

Like I said it's Government bull, they tell it you believe it.

I see it with my own eyes. The idiots start on weed and then the pushers give them a free sample of something stronger. When they are hooked on that they get offered more until they are on heroin. They are called pushers for a reason. Don't patronise me by telling me it is government propaganda when it has torn my own family apart.
