being sent a pickup from the FRONT of a pub which is on a one-way system meaning a half mile drive through town to get out the town when the same pub has a perfect rear access and beer garden...

and the pickup spot right on a corner when the shop front is on a 1 way system after a drive all the way round when the base could say "step round the corner" making it an easy pickup...

and both the above should - legally - require a passenger to have a blue badge as the town is pedestrianised

Drivers who under-quote for an airport pick up. ](*,)

And then compound that stupidity by not being able to cover the job anyway, and then getting the hump when no one will help him out. :-$

Daily punter: Always pays £8. Sometimes the job goes £7.80; sometimes £8.10 depending on how you hit the traffic lights.

Driver goes a different way. Insists on charging £8.70. Punter not happy. Office fix fare at £7. Offending driver is on the banned list for the job so doesn't do it anyway! Cheers pal!!!!

One of my drivers Friday night sent him to pick a regular customer up (short journey but only takes 3 mins) his wife uses quite often and his son etc. Bloke always pays £2.50 job normally meters £2.30 or £2.40 driver has picked him up many times but on this occasion tried to charge him £5  net result one very angry customer who refused to pay and a big dent in his door where he got it kicked plus regular customers lost for good who between them use us 150 to 200 times a year

Get shot of driver and send a big bunch of flowers to the missus with an apology note letting them know the dickhead is history.

Having to pay £6 for a Big Mac meal at Dubai airport.

Partly mitigated by paying the equivilant of £2 for a giant pizza from the local Dominoes. :D
