Far North (Cumbria) and far South (Devon) have different definitions of hot!

In Cumbria, if the water is not solid, it's hot.

In Devon if the water evaporates, it's hot.

so they twice tried to deliver a parcel to my old address last week so I phoned them up on tuesday and asked them to drop it off at the local post office round the corner

What did they do they tried to deliver it to my old address again ! FFS so yet again booked drop off at local post office now going to be monday but what's the betting it ends up going back to the old address
