basically holding up all the traffic

Well if you were following her *that* closely for 2 miles at 50mph maybe she was just being bloody minded and wouldn't pull in

And maybe she was distracted by you in her rearview mirror, thus causing her to swerve

maybe but why was she still in lane 2 at 50mph after id gone past her by a long long way?

same place today, the golf almost hit the car in front who was afraid to go alongside the hgv

had two today driving at dead on 20mph in a 30 zone but however annoying it is it's their right to do so there isn't a minimum speed other than MW's

vw driver who today arrived where our taxi rank was and clearly looked annoyed at there being no spaces ! and then decided to park on the double yellows just in front but reversed all the way back until they were 3 inches off my bumper jumped out and ran off before i could say anything !!

I was front rank, not that there is any chance of a fare but if had got one it would have needed all three cars that had managed to squeeze in at the front (the rest as per usual covered in parked cars) to reverse back to let me out !

she returned 10 minutes later clutching a takeaway coffee

16mph in a 70 is a bit of a pithtake

Wrong. There is the offence of, “failing to make proper headway”

Stab in the dark guess, a trolley for shopping, with 2 sides.

Like a normal shopping trolley, but it has storage bags both side of the handle.
