Yes George Osborne is going to increase fuel prices, he's got a £200billion black hole to plug. |

they held off a rise two or three years ago it was always on the cards of being reinstated if fuel prices fell I think about 3p a litre was the amount plus VAT of course which is what has really hurt the treasury |
