Since the emergence of UBER in London may company's are feeling the pinch and are combining their offices, naturally the Staff involved are subject to TUPE regulations, BUT many companys are slashing the earnings of their staff by cutting shifts. i know of one worker who is £400 a month down!and i suspect he will be sacked soon!
Naturally virtually all of these workers are not members of any Union and therefore need advice and representation on this issue, some have contacted me BUT i aint no lawyer and thats what they will need or a trained Tu official to take their claims through an Employment Tribunal or the Courts.
Employers are being vicious on this issue and i see it as a major risk to any office workers in areas being UBERISED
Advice be prepared get Union membership or find a good TUPE knowledgable lawyer !!
Remember Unions will not tackle issues pre dating your membership!!
