eh? she was kipping & he got the job? poor staff, if the desk jockey had done it correct in the first place it ,wouldn't have happened

Now she would not have been asleep when she got in the car. I must be a bit stupid because when a passenger gets in my car I first check the name against the booking and then check the destination on the pda is correct.
