Does anyone use them?

Been quoted 2k for my first year as a private hire driver.

Cover includes a plated car in the event of a fault or non fault accident.

Was with them for about 3 years, they were half the cost of the next nearest quote, every year they were the cheapest.
Phoned them last year when I put a new vehicle on and they were DOUBLE every other quote !

Didn't have any issues for the time I was with them, the one non-fault claim I made was handled satisfactorily. Good level of cover as well.

I was with them around 10 years ago, but they became uncompetitive and I moved to another Broker who saved me around 25%, and that was on decent policies not the cheap n nasties.

I always find them expensive they seem to only be cheap if you are the Only driver on the policy and have loads of no claims

If it's your first year, bend over and assume the position and let them enter you.

Went with them in the end. 2 grand as a newly badged driver is less than I was expecting.

The next closest quote was 500 more.

It's a joke mate it honestly is, £2,000 for the year? These companies really like to take the Taxi Trades pants down.
