I can never accept that it is work. People were saying as to how well the Queen Mother looked for her age, on that I am pretty damn certain that I would also look good if I reached her age - if I had never had to make so much as a cup of tea in my life.

I don't think you have a clue about what the Royals do with their time. If they do as little as you think surely they would die of boredom by the time they are 50.

If we didn't have them no one would miss them, they're just parasites of the highest order and a drain on society.

Phil the Greek and Lizzie the ****, giving child abusers and sex offenders Knighthoods since 1952.

Even corbyn said the vast majority of this country has great affection for the Queen...and it's the P/M's that recommend knighthoods.

Of course no tourists ever come here to see if the can catch a glimpse of the queen or any other member of the royal family. No one visits London to see all the pageantry that goes with having a Royal family. no one spends a penny on any of this.

The French dispensed with there royal family I don't believe Paris has any problem attracting tourists.

Do not tell me that you believed your mother on this one........where are you going mam - I'm going to London to see the Queen  The tourists apart from the easily led/gullible only go to see her/the pomp because they cannot believe the BS that surrounds it.

To say the tourists come to see her is BS, because no one (unless she is having another day out) will even get a glimpse. They are a grossly overstated/over rated/over valued institution, rancid with free loaders. You then have charlie boy who has more medals than any (true) decorated soldier (how rude is that).......and then a documentary of harry smiling away behind a gun apparently in Afghanistan  .....swallow the BS if you must - no way in a million years can I.
