Why, oh why, oh why????

If someone comes towards the car on the rank and can't stand up by themselves because they are pi$$ed, they don't get in.

If I go to an address, I normally do exactly the same.

So why did I ignore all my instincts last night and let an attractive forty something from a reasonable address, get into the car and who eventually fell asleep? Why didn't I check the full destination address before we set off? Why didn't I get money upfront? Why didn't I kick her out of the car when she called me a liar after I described my afternoon's sleep? That last one isn't important but it gives a flavour of how daft this journey really was!

When will I learn????????? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally, I let these things go over my head. Blacklist the address on our system, let the rest of the town's trade know and move on. For some inexplicable reason, this one has left a particularly bad taste. Maybe it was the shock of my judgement being so wildly wrong. A respectable semi det area where the main culprit was the drink.

Anyway, thanks for letting me rant. It has helped a little.

Get it out of your system mate. Never take it home with you though.

If you know where you dropped her , go and ask for the fare when she is sober
