I mean one YOU invoice the county (sometimes city) for?

Im thinking that with so many schools being academies that the schools will get a bill for what i charge PLUS a percentage...

how can i find out?

When the Academies get full power of their finances they'll use minibuses or these dam community Transport groups. We lost such one last year.

But are counties simply passing on my bill or adding 10% for admin?

The community minibus bubble is about to burst. They've all been told to get their drivers PSV licenced and DCPC'd, and all their minibuses with a COIF and class 6 test, thanks to Martin Allen's work with the EU authorities. there's been some articles in RouteOne bus magazine in the last few weeks on this subject.

No, I don't have a school run anymore, used to have a few, and an FoI request to the county council revealed a whole hornet's nest of prices.
