When the Academies get full power of their finances they'll use minibuses or these dam community Transport groups. We lost such one last year. |

The community minibus bubble is about to burst. They've all been told to get their drivers PSV licenced and DCPC'd, and all their minibuses with a COIF and class 6 test, thanks to Martin Allen's work with the EU authorities. there's been some articles in RouteOne bus magazine in the last few weeks on this subject. No, I don't have a school run anymore, used to have a few, and an FoI request to the county council revealed a whole hornet's nest of prices. |
