that's why i always refuse email/mobile number etc, been to the dentist today , had to fill in a form about medical history, why? i go for a check up every 6 months so why don't they just say" any change in your history?" err.. no, ok take a seat ( on the plus side my hygienists is hot as fook, i eat a whole packet of orios in the waiting room before i see her )
