I went for a lunchtime swim today. The cashier took my money and asked my name. She entered my name in the computer and said "I can't find you in the computer. Have you been before?" I said that I had. She asked me when it was. I replied "when I was in the cubs." :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'm perplexed as to why you need to give a name to go swimming. :-k

If you're asked for a phone number on a website or from an organisation you don't want to be contacted by enter the number ;

0333 88 88 88 88

Anyone dialling it will get the message "trueCall38 is handling my calls. I prefer not to be contacted by phone, so please contact me via my email address. Goodbye!"

Free to use and means they can't pass your real number onto marketing firms :D

I think it something to do with "everyone active". They monitor how many times you use the pool so that they can tick another box.
It was only my name that was asked for, not my address.

perhaps it is to put off people that are going to the pool other than for pure recreational purposes
