Healing magnets are just mumbo jumbo, the only thing that might go in their favour is that if your sap enough enough to believe in them them then to you they might work, not because of the magnetism but because of your belief in the magnetism, it's the placebo effect.
The whole earth is one giant magnet, you'll receive more from the magnetic field of the planet than you ever will from Noels Box, so working on that assumption we should all be fit as fleas yet we aint.
