I must say as a HC driver I have never had any runners. I have a sticker above the glove compartment saying " I can run 100m in 12.8 seconds and you?"
However I have had 2 people in the last 12 months who said they couldn,t pay and wasn't intending to pay for the fare.
I locked all the doors and took them back to the the place they first started from. I did not pass go or collect 200 either:(

Good idea - I might put one up saying that I've done it in 11.8 seconds.

I won't say that that was nearly 30 years ago though :lol:

Anyway, I would say that most 'runners' are actually walkers, so running fast really wouldn't help much.
