Location: Stamford Britains prettiest town till SKDC ruined it
followed a BMW out of Heathrow this afternoon being poorly driven but a strange number plate 256 D 260 no letters on it marking it out as foreign are they diplomatic plates or something ?

I worked for a firm once (non taxi) that merged with another.

In the garage of one of the offices of the other firm were two old bangers not worth a bean, but the had the number plates A2 and A3.

That is a diplomatic number plate.
