I don't mean to be funny or anything but does anyone regularly especially on friday and saturday nights after the pubs and clubs shut get offered a Bl*w J*b for the fare? In some cases they actually said they do it and still pay the fare. I may be quite handsome but I am married with 4 kids. How can I fob them off from me without being rude? In some cases they actually said they do it and still pay the fare. I may be quite handsome but I am married with 4 kids. How can I fob them off from me without being rude? Are these offers of floral favours from male or female customers? Or do you not discriminate? And what an unusual question to ask? Its a good job its past the watershed. lol I suspect most cabbies especially in the larger cities have been propositioned by all types of individuals, I don't think your breaking new ground by asking that question? Favours of that kind were deregulated years ago but I did hear a rumour that the NTA and TGWU are trying to re regulate them. Regards JD |

We used to have a regular called the chomper whose fare was about £15 - she used to ask the driver every week if she could pay in kind. Now she is picked up by the same 22 stone driver with a BO problem who sees it as a great deal for him.(He reckons its cheaper than a prostitute). |
