Why is there so many in supermarket car parks these days? Ridiculous and unnecessary.You all know i hate the fookers but there's so many specific spaces (disabled, parents with children etc.) in the local sainsburys that you sometimes can't get a normal space :roll: , i just park in the fookers me like, fook em

Why are disabled spaces right next to the door ?
They can manage to go a mile up and down the aisles, but apparently it's a struggle to get more than 20ft from the car to the entrance ! :wink:

Take your Mum with you to sainsbury's and you'll be able to park in the spaces allocated legally!

I once took my mother to Morrison's and parked in the parent and child space, some parent said, "excuse me that's for parent and child." I said yeah she's my mother and I'm her child.

There always banging on about how fat and unfit today brats are so wouldn't it make more sense for the parents and child spaces to be right at the back of the car park ?

The number of disabled parking spaces is usually determined by the Council planning department working to a formula.

No law against parking in Mother and Toddler spaces, they may not like it but hey ho....and at night the damned things are all empty anyway

Would it not depend on whether they have a private parking enforcement company overseeing their car park.

Obviously any notices should be in prominent positions for every one to see(not always the case).
