I would like someone like Martin O'Neil. I know he isn't available but he has excellent man management skills and he did wonders when he was at Leicester with very mediocre players.

So yet again it's a case of who are we going to get saddled with personally i think we need an ex International who knew what it was like to get to a quarter or semifinal of a major tournament

All very well putting Gareth "the penalty" Southgate in temporary charge but lets face it would we be better off giving him the job on a short term contract say just to the end of qualifying and if he proves successful give him a better one and how about Gary Neville for no 2 he knows the game as well as anyone why not a couple of players who the current squad would have watched play and might look up to and be INSPIRED by. We have the talent just not the inspiration and desire to succeed

Eddie Jones has done miracles for the rugby side, the right man could do it for the football. I know it has been tried before with a foreign manager, unfortunately I think that the problem is the lot behind the scenes. To move forward the whole lot needs changing.

Absolutely has to be an Englishman for me, otherwise any success is tainted.
