Post subject:  Bob Dylan wins the Nobel Prize for Literature
Awarded for... "Having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition".
Can't disagree with that personally, although i dont own anything by him, never will, never have , i honestly think he has the worst voice in music, but he is a lyrical genius

obviously some don't view it the same but as you are a mere youngster compared to the rest of us I wouldn't expect you to "get" Dylan but many songwriters are poets in essence so why not

well. imho, he was just in the right place at the right time ( nam war) cant fault his lyrics, chit singer though :lol:
