I make my own juice now. My weapon of choice is one of these bad boys.

It's not all that big, it's about as big a 20 number 6 packet of ciggies.

Whatever you do I wish you well.

Never smoked in my life but I see these things working for my mates.

Nearly 4 years ciggie free and nearly down to zero nicotine. My Vaping journey will then be complete.

Have a look at http://bluestar-eliquid.com/

It's where all the vape shops get their fluids from and just put their own labels on, but they sell direct to the general public as well. You'll get enough materials to make your own fluids for a year for less than the cost of what it would be to buy 100ml ready made from the high street, ie enough PG/VG nicotine and flavouring to make 1 litre of juice for £30. My local vape shop sell 3x10ml bottles of the same stuff for £10.

Start making your own coils and the cost comes down to a few pennies a week ! 8)

Buy it from here and make 500ml for £13, http://flavour-boss.co.uk/ Total cost with mixing £18-£19 for 500ml.

It's tough for some. Have a word with your GP about the NHS Stop Smoking Service; it worked for me. I last had a cigarette some 15 years ago. I have convinced myself that I have never 'given up.' I'm just choosing not to.

Good luck to all those trying to quit. :) =D>

There is a far easier and cheaper way of giving up. I wont even charge you for this priceless information. It also works for certain other addictions as well............................................................................................................................................................Wear a pair of boxing gloves. That should stop you from holding the damn things.

Makes you wonder how anyone managed to stop smoking before all the aids like nicotine gum patches and now vaping,
Must have had something to do with willpower and a packet of polos.
