Most of the big Ph operators around here with the exception of school runs will not allow there drivers to take work independently as they believe they would poach their customers, one of my colleagues got caught out agreeing to take someone to the airport privately but the muppet was late for the early morning pickup and the customer couldn't get hold of him so rang the office and of course the office had no record of the booking which led to him parting company with the company forthwith #-o

Was a Ph driver without his own op licence so was in the wrong there of course but even if he had his own op license or been a hack he would have been shown the door just the same.
