He withheld his plea to one count of distributing an indecent image of a child (he had the image)

three of making an indecent image/pseudo-photograph of a child (he created an image via software)

three of possessing an indecent photograph/pseudo-photograph of a child (possessed rest isnt important)

one of possessing an extreme pornographic image, which involved sexual activity with an animal (real image)

and one of possessing a prohibited image of a child. (real image)

They will need to be licensed by the council if you do normal excec work, and the person running the business will need a local operator's license issued by the same council, as will any driver of the vehicle.

Best bet is to contact the local area you will be based in to get driver/vehicle/operator requirements.

I live nearly as far away as you, so I'm happy for it to be proved otherwise, but I'm not sure there is much demand for top of the range motors in that locality.

Are you thinking about sedan cars or will you be wanting to use stretched limousines? If you are thinking about stretched limousines you may do well to contact Bill Bowling at the National limousine and Chauffeur Association. Their web address is www.nlca.co.uk
