I'm curious to know just how many firms out there are with Autocab, and getting despondent? So many, including ourselves have had enough of their awful customer service and exorbitant prices for products and services. Ie 500 quid for a tariff change, even if it's a simple adjustment! £950 +vat for a data head, £240+vat to get one re programmed if you buy one cheap 2nd hand. The rip off list goes on and on.We have just switched to datamaster, my only regret is that we didn't switch years ago. |

I think the customer service is slow, but we have the latest ghost system and it's really good. But then again I'm not the fella paying the bill. |
