There is nothing wrong in keeping the register in this format,it saves someone going to a Council Office and asking to view the register which is normally provided in computer print out format.


I meant online with public access

add to that county councils publishing contractor payments and others showing the world what tenders go for and we have a fair old level of intrusion in private affairs like few others have
