I think the only thing that has changed is the %, of income based fine, in the third column. That said the vast majority of speeding fines are dealt with via fixed penalty fines. |

Has the tolerance in the 1st column not changed,did it not used to be 10% where as it is now 1 mile above limit,not many vehicles have calibrated speedometers. |

The tolerance is not in the statutes, the tolerance is in respect of if the police lay a charge, and different police forces have different levels of tolerance. |
