Got a mini cab last week and the driver told me the new English test for PH Drivers in London is causing PANIC amonsgt the PH Proprietors in London, at his company 37 out 40 drivers failed the test and will have to retake it or lose their licenses, he predicts most will fail  He passed and was born in Bosnia nice guy too  Well done Sadiq whack the proprietor slimeballs

Easy up until now the Drivers were tested by the Proprietors and of course they CORRUPTED IT ie you bung the Proprietor a century you pass hardly surprising given the despicable scum that are proprietors in London

The 37 out of 40 is the new system now TFL have appointed someone to do it ha ha Yes at one company but it will be the same at all company's thats why their sh!tting themselves fookin brilliant
