Are cracking down on all Merseyside Hackneys and P/h....issuing them with rectisication notices and stop notices to be inspected by their own councils......

Is this the start of enforcement going back to the police..??

Section 68 of the 1976 Act for the great unwashed seems to infer that the Constable needs to give notice in writing......

.... it then seems that the Constable needs to be satisfied.....

.....when they see the boring paperwork they have to do they will soon stop.

It doesn't say they give a rectification notice and offload the result on to the LA.
