I don't think there is any connection with last time. I think this was more to do with theft although there was nothing in the car to take. I say this because another car (not ours) had the same thing happen and a decent sum of money way taken. |

Would you believe it. Another of our cars had the drivers window put through yesterday evening between 21.00 and 22.00 right in the middle of town. It was parked outside mcdonalds on the main road through town. Unfortunately, the driver had "hidden" her bag under the drivers seat but the scroates found it with around £200 cash and all her credit cards. You would think drivers would know better than to leave money in the car. |

A few weeks ago a driver from another company had his window broken and money taken from in the car. The other week we had one but there was nothing to take and now this one where money was taken. Like meatloaf said 2 out of 3 ain't bad. I was told that several private cars in one of the towns car parks had windows put in on Saturday night but this hasn't been confirmed. I can see a lot more of it now. |

There was a few of the wee horrors that used to hang about an Esso garage in Edinburgh, they would spend summer loitering around the forecourt preying on low brained cabriolet owners and used to climb all over roof-down convertibles like a troop of thieving baboons when the owner went to pay.. |

It has been quite a weekend. I have a chap just arrived to put the new window in and he is also changing 2 windscreens that got cracked by stone chips as well. Happy days! |

The better stereo in some Skoda Superbs cost £1500+ to replace and come out in 2 minutes how much is a Dashia stereo? |
