TFL PH ops licences to shoot up

UBER can afford it, small PH firms cant

and we're listening to a paper who has Osborne as editor, who is employed as a consultant by BlackRock, for 650 k per year, who are a firm who are partners with uber?

I think users fees will be around 3 mil, plus if they loose the employment case, they will have to employ all drivers and pay tax and vat

The question is who pays for licensing enforcement, and in London the amount needed is huge.

It's either the taxpayer pays, and that's not going to happen, or the driver or the operator.

Unsurprisingly I think it should be the operator.
