got my 3rd £70 ticket (call it No3) had left my PH in the "taxi" waiting bay - aka rank - at a hospital off the highway (obviously) the bays have no licensing or time restrictions, i was 3 minutes over the in/out limits. i got away with tickets 1 and 2, but i was in a hackney skoda albeit not licensed by the hospitals local authority... they want £40 at the moment |

Go to peppipoo or Money Saving Expert, they will have loads of templates to copy. If you appeal you cost the scammers £30+, and you should still be able to pay the lower charge. I suspect if you ask for a code to go to appeal they will cancel it. |

PE are very litigious. They are beatable if it's done precisely right. As Sussex has said, Pepipoo or MSE. DO NOT, under any circumstances, identify the driver with a personal pronoun when you post or correspond with PE. The RK has a lot more power in dealing with this than the driver. Only refer to 'the driver.' |

If you haven't constructed it properly, that too will be refused. |
