Well, I think it time to go, 6 months of being cold, wet and damp, have started to look for property in the sun

On talking to some of the taxi lads, a few seem to have property abroad that use and rent out

The problem is my wife has a good job with the MOD and a good pension at the end, so that will be another ten years, we can't [edited by admin] that up can we

Have any of you got property in or around Granada in Spain, forget the coastal it to dear, anyone got any tips of other areas
The idea will be to work then toss it off for some of the winter months till the wife reaps the rewards

No you can't.

A few of my mates have time shares in Lanzarote, which they love. One has a holiday home in the UK, but he is a strange bugger. But I want to meet a mate somewhere who has a place in Florida.

He could become my bestest friend.

What I want to know is how some of the punters you carry [after a few drinks] tell you they have numerous properties, to which some have, rented out, picked up this guy who stated he had 4 UK properties rented out and he was only 27 years old, and was in the process of getting his 5th., worked in a normal job at the railways, suppose some take a gamble, how do they do it???????????????????????
ps. I can't play cards or gamble

Used to rent a house myself pain in arse though I seemed to end up with more bills for repairs than profit.

With regards buying abroad couple of lads have just bought in bulgaira ( might be spelt wrong) reckon its a good cheap investment.

I cant see many admitting to it for obvious reasons, but it's a pain having to run everything through an offshore account!

There's properties in Bulgaria for less than 10k on ebay, well cheap. Apparently when they join the EU in two years time the prices will balloon
