three times recent cars have been sent on fek up jobs

1 today.............10 miles to then find out its a thursday booking

last week a car was sent south 25 miles when the pickup was 10 miles north (2 hospitals, same name)

and i had one 3 weeks ago to Lloyds bank.........in the next town when it was Lloyds bank here, 30 minutes each way wasted

We have 3 tesco expresses, when a punter phones rather than ask which one a certain op routinely sends a car to all three. Well ones bound to be right =D> :x
Mind you they did also give me a job one night for, name=sounds foreign, pickup=wetherspoons (we have two so they sent a car to each).

you cant blame icabbi when the base op puts the wrong day in/doesnt listen

also sent a car to Q.E. Hospital Birmingham when it should have been Q.E. Hospital Burton on trent

Had that at Heathrow a few years ago in a Limo. The customer had even been to my house to fill in the booking form himself. Fortunately it was paid in advance.
