I wish some of the moaning griping whingening adults and teenagers ive known could spend 5 minutes with the pupil we take to school.... shes 12, has cerbral palsy and other ailments, can barely walk but refuses her wheelchair, her mother died 3 years ago, she is in long term foster car, and very frail. her dad visits and she has just spoken to her sister by phone for the first time in 3 years yet she is like a shining light, always happy, singing to the radio, laughing, sometimes using sign language. people, before you feel hard done to, think on... |
