A PH driver in leeds has had his licence revoked for showing porn movies to his passengers, the dim whit didn't realise the passengers were undercover enforcement officers

someone in Mansfield was sending text messages whilst driving on a mobile phone, you said at the time "we all do it"

you look at things in these simple ways, so all Leeds Drivers show porn films, all rural drivers use silver Mercs,

Just can't understand why TTF2 didn't work out.

That isn't really fare Sussex.

Nidge is conversing quite regularly with 'Alf Richardson' on TTF2.

They seem to have the same views.

I can assure you Nigel that those 'happy days' will come soon.

I would think twice about relying on anything coming your way, via the Select Committee.

As for the name of this site, well as far as I can see, the only people objecting to the name of it, are those stuck in the past.

And those chaps will never change.

Sussex if you are so proud of the Private Hire Trade please explain why this site is called Taxi Driver Online and not Private Hire Driver Online.
Is that some private hire drivers really want to be Taxi Drivers but cannot be bothered going through the entry criteria.
Or that they want to become known as Taxi Drivers through the back door?

Same as the PH driver who took children to school in a faulty car after being cautioned twice about the defects. I tar them all with the same brush mate. Why should we have to pay over the odds for repairs, insurance, etc etc when Neanderthals like this get away with it.

I think the point is and its regardless of the trade because were all CRB checked. Is that when these instances grab the headlines of the local paper, there always reported as Taxi Driver. You phone the paper to complain and get a once sentence apology in the next issue, just below the classifieds section. The point is that both trades have these elements, because there are more private hire (due to limits on numbers), they just seem to have the higher proportion, if limits are lifted the balance would go the other way. Nobody in the licensed trade benifit from these people and its no good saying the guy was either private hire or hackney, thats irrelavent. regards Captain Cab

In my view we are all as bad or all as good as each other. The issue isn't betwwen PH and taxi but full time and part time. Old and young.
